Electrostimulation is widely used in medical and sports fields due to its safety, effectiveness, and ability to work muscle fibers, achieving faster results.
It works through localized electrical impulses that generate involuntary muscle reactions, activating the muscle nerve to produce 100% muscle contraction.
It allows the activation and contraction of 450 muscle fibers simultaneously, an achievement impossible with conventional training.
However, there are two variants on the market: “MEDICAL” (MY SYSTEM), which can only be used under license due to its effectiveness (hence, sessions last 30 minutes, equivalent to 2-2:30 hours of training, exceeding which can lead to overtraining).
On the other hand, there is “ELECTRIC,” including devices used in rehabilitation or ones you can buy freely, as they lack the power to produce muscle results due to their low potency.
The latter mainly focuses on muscle relaxation.
Usually from the 4th to 6th session, but results depend on two other factors.
- Number of weekly sessions. Two weekly sessions would be ideal if you don’t do any sporting activity, and if you are already an advanced athlete, you can do up to three weekly sessions.

The only people who cannot use electrostimulation are:
- If you have a pacemaker.
- Epileptic seizures.
- Heart problems.
- Pregnant women.
